CONSULTANT

Julie currently serves as Director of Consulting for Rockwood Company, a change management firm in Washington D.C.  Prior to this role, Julie served in roles in both consulting and operational management in Chicago, IL.   

 

Julie has garnered a reputation for expertise in public-private partnerships and customer service.  Across all consulting projects, Julie led and managed consulting teams in strategy, facilitation, strategic communications, system modeling, business process re-engineering and interagency coordination.

Julie has led the development of branding, messaging and development of content and materials to increase awareness and understanding of mission areas with both internal and external stakeholders.
